An ERP label is only useful if a cancelled unit, a receipt, and a ledger entry still refer to the same property. Ask a provider to show one unit moving from available, to reserved, to collected, to reported.
If the demonstration needs a spreadsheet in the middle, the systems are not connected yet.

Reservation rules, payment terms, and approval paths differ by developer. A useful provider maps those rules during discovery instead of handing over a fixed foreign template.
